This notice covers www.gofood.uk, run by Gofood.uk Online Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 12702164) with its registered office at 240 Southwell Road East, Rainworth, Mansfield NG21 0EQ. We decide how your data on this site is used, which makes us the “controller”. Contact us about your data at support@gofood.uk. Using GofoodPOS itself is covered by the GofoodPOS privacy policy at app.gofood.uk/legal/privacy.
When you use our contact or free-trial forms: your name, email, phone number if given, business name and type, your message, the language you used and whether you want marketing emails.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure.
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for a trial, to set up your GofoodPOS account. We do this because you asked us to (steps before a contract) and in our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database, stored in Ireland), Vercel (hosting) and Brevo (email). If you start a trial, your details pass to GofoodPOS at app.gofood.uk, which is also run by Gofood. We never sell your data.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email support@gofood.uk. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
