These terms cover hardware bought from the Gofood shop at www.gofood.uk. The seller is Gofood.uk Online Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 12702164), registered office 240 Southwell Road East, Rainworth, Mansfield NG21 0EQ. VAT number GB 361306132. Contact us at support@gofood.uk.
Prices are in pounds and include VAT at 20% unless shown as “ex VAT”. You pay in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We email a VAT receipt with your order confirmation.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is charged per item and shown before you pay; the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland carry a surcharge. Dispatch times on product pages are estimates.
If you’re buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the items within 14 days. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting the items back. You pay the cost of returning them unless they’re faulty.
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us. Consumers have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement after that. These terms don’t affect those rights.
If you buy for a business, the 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply. Faulty items are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty and the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Our liability is limited to the price of the goods, except where the law doesn’t allow a limit.
