You save a card or Direct Debit when you switch. Nothing is charged until the free months end, and you can move to the Starter plan at any time before then.

Add your GloriaFood key and we copy your menu into Gofood for you to check. Or send it to us and we’ll do it.

How switching works
GloriaFood keeps taking orders until you press Switch, so your customers can always order.

Create your Gofood account
Your name, email and a password.

Add your GloriaFood key
Create it in your GloriaFood admin. It shows you’re moving over and lets us copy your menu.

Get ready
Check your menu, connect Stripe for card payments, and set your opening hours, delivery areas and printer.

Press Switch to Gofood
Gofood ordering opens. Add the Gofood ordering button to your website and turn off GloriaFood ordering. We’ll show you how.

Monthly commission for each active restaurant
Your total number of active restaurants each month sets the rate, and every one of them is paid at that rate.

Example: 4 restaurants on the free plan and 8 on a paid plan make 12 active, so all 12 are paid at the 11–15 rate: 4 × £12 + 8 × £15 = £168 a month.
- A restaurant is active in a month when it takes at least 40 online orders on the free Starter plan, or pays for Pro or Max.
- Commission starts from the restaurant’s second month on Gofood and continues for as long as it stays active.
- Amounts exclude VAT. Once you’re owed £50 or more, you invoice us and we pay by bank transfer within 7 working days. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- Partners sign our Referral Agency Agreement, which sets out the full terms.
Switching from GloriaFood
When does GloriaFood close?
GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027. After that its online ordering stops working, so move before then. Switching early gives you time to check everything while GloriaFood still takes orders.
What is the best GloriaFood alternative in the UK?
That depends on your business. Gofood is built for UK takeaways and restaurants: commission-free online ordering from your own website, kitchen printing, payments straight into your own Stripe account, and support in English and Chinese.
Will I miss orders while I switch?
No. GloriaFood keeps taking orders while you set up Gofood. You turn GloriaFood ordering off only after you press Switch to Gofood.
Do I have to type my menu in again?
No. Add your GloriaFood key and we copy your menu for you to check, or we can do it for you.
What does it cost after the 3 free months?
You pay the Pro plan price shown on our pricing page, or you can move to Starter, which has no monthly fee, at any time before the free months end. Card payments have a processing charge that depends on the plan.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. You add the Gofood ordering button to your website in place of the GloriaFood one, and we’ll show you how. If you’d like a new website, we build those too.
Is the offer for restaurants not on GloriaFood?
The 3 free months are for restaurants moving from GloriaFood. New restaurants can start with our free trial instead.
