No commission. A 75p order fee, paid by your customer.
You keep your customers and your takings. Your customer pays a 75p order fee at checkout, and you pay one processing charge on card payments. We never take a share of your sales.
What you pay
Gofood processing charge
From 2.35% + 30p
Per card payment, paid by you. The rate depends on your plan: see the plans below. One charge that covers card processing and Gofood’s online fee, for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It’s worked out on the whole amount the customer pays.
Order fee
75p per order
Added to the customer’s bill at checkout on every online order from your website or app. You can add your own service fee as well. On cash orders the customer pays it with their order and we invoice it to you monthly.
Payouts
Straight to you
Customers pay into your own Stripe account, which pays out to your bank. On card orders the processing charge and the 75p order fee come off automatically; order fees on cash orders are invoiced monthly.
A worked example
A restaurant on the Pro plan. A customer orders £19.00 of food online and pays by card. The 75p order fee is added at checkout.

Questions about pricing
Do you take commission on my orders?
No. You pay a processing charge on card payments, from 2.35% + 30p depending on your plan, and your customer pays a 75p order fee. We never take commission on your food sales.
Who pays the 75p order fee?
Your customer. It’s added to their bill at checkout on every online order. On card orders it passes to Gofood automatically; on cash orders we invoice it to you monthly. You can also add your own service fee.
When do I get paid?
Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account and follow Stripe’s payout schedule. The Gofood processing charge and the order fee come off each payment automatically.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Add our order button to your current site, or use the ordering website we give you.
